Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours for stock models and are typically delivered within 3-5 business days, depending on your location.

Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you tracking details. You’ll receive updates so you know when delivery is expected — no surprises. You can also track the status of your order as it progresses on our TRACK ORDER STATUS page. It may take up to 48 hours from confirmation for your order to become active.

Delivery Information

 

Our smart toilets are premium products built to last, and with their advanced technology and high-quality materials, each unit weighs around 50kg. To ensure they arrive safely, these items are shipped via bulk delivery services on a pallet or specialist courier.

Kerbside Delivery:
Please note that delivery is typically made to kerbside or the nearest accessible point to your property. Delivery teams are not always able to carry heavy goods indoors, upstairs, or to specific rooms.

Safe Handling:
As these are heavy products, we recommend arranging for two people to be available to receive and carefully move the item upon delivery. Always use safe lifting practices and, where possible, appropriate equipment.

Packaging:
All items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. We advise keeping the original packaging until installation is complete, as it offers the best protection should the product need to be stored or returned.

This process ensures your Tresani product reaches you in perfect condition and ready to elevate your bathroom with confidence.

 
 

THINGS TO NOTE

 

Please keep all packaging, manuals, parts, and any special freight crates (if included) intact for returns. Items returned without original packaging may not be accepted.

 

Before signing for delivery, inspect your product. If you can see damage, note it clearly on the delivery manifest/photo and inform us immediately so we can act quickly.

 

Please ensure that delivery is complete and the product has been inspected before scheduling installation. Tresani cannot accept responsibility for costs incurred from installers booked before the safe arrival of goods.
