Warranty
Engineered to last, and backed accordingly — a lifetime guarantee on the ceramic body and two years on every working part.
At Tresani, craftsmanship and intelligent design are inseparable. Each product is engineered with precision and built to perform for years. We support our collection with comprehensive warranty coverage — provided in addition to, and without affecting, your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Our coverage
Ceramic body — Lifetime
The structural integrity of the main ceramic body against manufacturing defects — cracking, warping and ceramic failure — under normal domestic use, installed to Tresani guidelines.
Mechanical — 2 years
Flushing systems, internal valves, spray mechanisms, pumps and other core mechanical components against defects.
Electronic — 2 years
Control systems, heating elements, sensors, circuit boards, drying systems and integrated electronics against defects.
Seat, remote & accessories — 2 years
Seats, remotes, mounting hardware, deodorising cartridges and included accessories against defects.
Should an issue arise within the applicable period, Tresani will — at our discretion — repair the product, supply replacement parts, or provide a like-for-like replacement, restoring performance with minimal disruption.
What's not covered
- Installation that doesn't follow the provided guidance.
- Work not carried out by appropriately qualified professionals.
- Damage from misuse, neglect or accidental impact.
- Limescale or hard-water damage.
- Abrasive or unsuitable cleaning products.
- Consumables — filters, deodoriser cartridges, foam tablets, aromatherapy inserts and batteries.
- Natural cosmetic wear over time.
- Commercial or high-usage environments, unless agreed at purchase.
For clarity, commercial settings include hotels, rental properties, serviced accommodation, care facilities and public buildings.
Installation & care
Tresani products integrate advanced technology and should be installed with the same care with which they're made. We recommend:
- Installation by a qualified plumber.
- Electrical connection by a qualified electrician.
- Compliance with UK Building Regulations.
- Connection to a suitable RCD-protected supply.
- Operation within the specified water-pressure range.
In hard-water areas, preventative measures such as filtration are advisable. Proper maintenance protects the internal precision components.
Making a claim
Should you need assistance, our customer care team is here to help. Please provide:
- Your order number.
- The product model.
- The serial number.
- A description of the issue.
- Supporting photographs or video where possible.
Our technical team will assess the matter and guide you through the appropriate resolution.
Register your product
Registration isn't required to exercise your statutory rights, but registering within 30 days of purchase lets us prioritise your support requests, keep accurate service records, send important product updates and offer extended-care benefits where available.
A note on coverage
This warranty applies to products purchased directly from Tresani or authorised UK retailers. Tresani reserves the right to inspect products before approving warranty claims. Consequential loss and removal or reinstallation costs are not covered unless agreed in writing.
