Delivery is part of how we look after your order. We work with premium delivery partners so every Tresani is handled with care and arrives across the UK in excellent condition.
Free UK mainland delivery
Free shipping on every smart toilet to mainland UK. Some exclusions apply.
Dispatched in 1–2 days
Sent by secure tracked courier; tracking details arrive by email once dispatched.
Tracked all the way
Follow progress on our Track Order Status page. Allow up to 48 hours for an order to become active.
Kerbside delivery
Delivered to kerbside or the nearest accessible point by a specialist courier.

Heavy & bulk item delivery
Our units weigh around 50kg and are shipped by pallet or specialist courier.
Kerbside delivery
Delivery teams may not be able to carry goods indoors, upstairs or to specific rooms.
Safe handling
Please have two people available to receive and move the unit. Use safe lifting practices and suitable equipment.
Packaging
Your order is securely packaged for transit. Keep the original packaging until installation is complete — it offers the best protection if the unit must be stored or returned.
Before you sign
Keep the original packaging
Keep all packaging, manuals, parts and any freight crates in case you need to return your order. Items returned without their original packaging may not be accepted.
Inspect on delivery
Inspect your order before signing. If you see any damage, note it clearly on the delivery manifest or in a photo, and tell us immediately.
Scheduling installation
Make sure delivery is complete and the product inspected before booking an installer. Tresani cannot cover costs arising from installers booked before goods arrive safely.
