Track Your Order
From our warehouse to your door — here's how to follow your Tresani every step of the way.
Every Tresani is dispatched within 1–2 business days and sent by tracked courier. The quickest way to see where your order is: open it in your account, or use the tracking link in your dispatch email.
How tracking works
We dispatch
Your order leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days, carefully packaged for transit.
You get a tracking email
We email your tracking details as soon as your order is on its way. It can take up to 48 hours to become active.
Follow it to your door
Track your parcel through to kerbside delivery by our specialist courier, typically 3–5 days after dispatch.
Check your order status
Track your order
Enter your order number and email, and we'll send your latest tracking update straight back to you.
Prefer your email?
Open the dispatch email we sent when your order shipped and tap the tracking link — it takes you straight to the courier's live tracking for your parcel.
Can't see your tracking yet?
A few things that usually help:
- Allow up to 48 hours after your order confirmation for tracking to become active.
- Check your spam or promotions folder for the dispatch email.
- Make sure you're signed in with the same email address you used at checkout.
