Returns Policy

Thirty days to be sure. If something isn't right, we make returns as straightforward as everything else about Tresani.

We want every customer to be delighted with their Tresani. If you need to return something, we keep it simple — here's how it works, the timeframe and what to expect.

How to return

Get in touch

Email info@tresani.com or call 0345 548 4344 to request a return authorisation. Give your order number, the reason, and photos if relevant.

We confirm & arrange

We confirm eligibility, advise on packaging, and arrange collection — or advise on your chosen courier.

Refund

Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.

Eligibility

You have 30 days from receiving your order to return it. Products must be unused, uninstalled and in their original condition and packaging — including accessories, manuals and protective materials. For hygiene and safety reasons, installed or used items can't be accepted.

Customers cover return shipping unless the return is due to a Tresani error or a defect, agreed with our team first. A return authorisation is required; unauthorised returns may not be accepted.

Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If a fault develops within the warranty period, contact us as soon as you find it.

Send photos and details so we can assess quickly. Where the issue is confirmed, we arrange repair, replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.

Heavy & bulk item returns

Units weigh around 50kg and are returned by palletised or specialist courier.

Packaging

Re-pack the unit securely in its original packaging.

Collection

Tresani can arrange pallet collection at a pre-agreed cost, or you may use your own tracked, insured, heavy-goods courier.

Your responsibility

Prepare the item safely, ensure it's accessible at kerbside, use safe lifting and have two people available.

Refunds

Refund process

Once we receive your return, a quality inspection confirms it is unused and uninstalled, in its original packaging with all manuals, parts and accessories, and resaleable. Your refund is then processed within 5 business days.

Refund method

Refunds go to the original payment method only. You'll receive email confirmation once your refund is approved.

Deductions & adjustments

We reserve the right to make reasonable deductions if items are returned without their original packaging, or with missing accessories, manuals or parts.
