HOW DOES THE WASH AND DRY WORK?

DO I NEED A PROFESSIONAL TO INSTALL IT?

Yes. Every Tresani has a built-in water tank, guaranteeing a full flush even in low-pressure homes.

WHAT HAPPENS IN A POWER CUT?

A backup battery provides up to 50 flushes, and power-off flushing means the toilet always works.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO RUN?

Free to UK mainland, dispatched within 1–2 business days, with kerbside delivery in 3–5 days by specialist courier.

WHAT'S YOUR RETURNS POLICY?

30 days, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging; we arrange pallet collection for the heavier units.

HOW DO I KEEP IT CLEAN?

The nozzle self-cleans and UV-sterilises between uses; in hard-water areas, occasional descaling keeps it performing at its best.
